Ford GT A Mid Engine Sports Car
Ford GT
is a sports car built by Ford Motor Company. It was built from 2003 to 2006.
This was a concept car that was designed to show fords heritage. This car is
the wildest and fastest mass production car ever offered by ford.
This car
is similar to the original Ford GT40, but it’s quite big and wide and tall when
compared to the old model. This is a
super car which when released was entitled “The One”. It has a speed of 205mph
and a 550 horse motor. It drives from 0-60mph in 3.3 seconds. This car has a
quarter mile time of around 11.6 seconds and it drives at a speed of 128 mph in
order to achieve this time.
The Ford
GT has a super charged v8 engine with aluminum block and heads. And its valve
train is a DOHC 4 valve. It has a
seating capacity of 2 and has front headroom of 3.54 inches and Front legroom
of 44.6 inches.
Front suspension
has a double wishbone, coil springs, anti roll bar and tube shocks Rear
suspension has Double Wishbone, coil springs, tube shocks and anti roll bar.
Front
brakes are 14 inches in size and are cross drilled ventilated discs. The rear
brakes are 13.2 inches and are cross drilled ventilated discs. Top speed
of this car is around 205mph.
